Hello loves! On today’s post I’ll be sharing a little bit of the region where I live, the beautiful village of Cascais. Cascais is located in Lisbon municipality at Estoril coast. It was a little fisherman village, that due to its privileged location, surrounded by beautiful gold sand beaches was discovered by the nobility, in the beginning of the 19th century and became a popular seaside resort that prevails until our days.
One of these days me and my aunty, photographer Candida Pereira – Cascais de Sonho (FB page), decided to get up at 5AM, to do some personal photos. It was absolutely gorgeous morning and having the opportunity to see the sunrise, to have the streets completely desert, not one single person and take all the photos we wanted was more than wonderful!!
We started with the beautiful sunrise at Baia de Cascais, and Praia dos Pescadores, then we follow the old lighthouse at Praia de Santa Marta. Boca do Inferno was our next stop to see and feel how powerful the ocean can be and we finish at Praia da Cresmina near Guincho.
I hope you like today’s photos. Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks for stopping by and for reading!
